The Estate Agency Audit is where we establish where you are now, where you want to be in 12, 24 and 26 months, and how we are going to get there.

We look under the bonnet at your numbers, people, systems, sales and lettings. Then we agree clear priorities and put them into practice over 90 days.

The Audit costs £3,495 inc VAT. Advisory follows as ongoing support at £495 per month inc VAT.
